DOCUMENTATION
Everything you need to understand how WooChainPro works, from connecting your wallet and deploying a contract to issuing and managing blockchain certificates.
GETTING STARTED
The guided setup inside WooChainPro walks you through the configuration process step by step.
CONTRACT PERMISSIONS
Contract permissions are chosen during deployment. They cannot later be edited on an existing contract.
Temporarily prevent a certificate from being transferred.
Permanently remove a certificate.
Move a certificate to another wallet without the current holder’s approval.
Most Stores Should Choose None.
Customers can be shown the powers associated with the certificate before opting in. A permission should therefore only be enabled when your business has a clear reason for using it.
In exceptional circumstances such as a security problem, technical fault, or legal requirement, a contract may be paused through a separate emergency mechanism.
COSTS
| Item | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Certificate capacity for your selected billing period |
| Certificate issuance | Blockchain transaction costs and applicable platform charges |
| Contract deployment | One-time deployment charge |
| Customer checkout fee | A price you configure yourself |
WooChainPro displays the relevant costs and estimates in the merchant dashboard before you proceed.
If your available balance is exhausted or your subscription is inactive, new certificate offers may stop appearing at checkout. Certificates already issued remain recorded on the blockchain.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Customers can complete an ordinary WooCommerce purchase without choosing blockchain certification. When certification is selected, they provide a wallet address where the certificate can be delivered.
A compatible wallet supplies the address automatically.
The customer can scan or upload a wallet QR code where supported.
The customer can paste an address manually.
Check the Receiving Address Carefully.
A certificate sent to an incorrect wallet address may not be recoverable. Connecting a wallet can reduce the risk of manual entry mistakes.
ISSUANCE
Configure which WooCommerce order status triggers certificate issuance.
Certificates may be issued earlier in the order lifecycle.
Issuance occurs after the order reaches completion.
Add a waiting period before issuance.
A delay can give your store additional time to identify cancellations, payment failures, or suspicious orders before creating a blockchain record.
WooChainPro is designed to prevent the same order from receiving multiple certificates because of retries or temporary technical interruptions.
TRANSPARENCY
You can publish and verify your contract source through the relevant blockchain explorer. This allows others to inspect the deployed contract rather than relying solely on a description of its behaviour.
WooChainPro provides the technical information needed for contract verification, including relevant compiler and deployment data.
STORE STRUCTURE
WooChainPro normally uses one contract per supported network for each shop. This keeps certificates issued by the same store associated with a consistent public record.
Stores that genuinely need additional contracts for separate brands or product lines can request an increased contract limit.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The certificate option does not appear at checkout.
Check that the plugin is active, your wallet is connected, a usable contract is deployed, your plan is active, your balance is sufficient, and the checkout certificate option is enabled.
A certificate failed to issue.
Open the relevant WooCommerce order and review the Blockchain Certificate information. If retry is available, follow the displayed instructions. Common causes include insufficient available balance or temporary network conditions.
A customer provided the wrong wallet address.
Recovery depends on the rights configured in the deployed contract. Without an applicable transfer mechanism, a certificate sent to an incorrect address may not be recoverable.
The domain verification email did not arrive.
Check the relevant administrative mailbox for the store domain and contact WooChainPro support if manual verification is required.
Minting stopped after reconnecting my wallet.
Reconnecting can replace the existing API authorization. Reload the Dashboard or reconnect the plugin if the connection does not refresh automatically.
My contract was suspended.
Review the reason displayed in the Dashboard and contact support if further action is required. Suspension pauses supported activity and does not itself delete existing certificates.
