Refund Policy

No Refunds

All purchases, subscription payments, service fees, and other charges made through WooChainPro are generally final and non-refundable.

By purchasing or using WooChainPro services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy before making payment.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a subscription period has started.

Cancelling a subscription will prevent future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.

If a subscription expires or is cancelled, existing blockchain certificates remain unaffected.

USDC Credit

USDC deposited into a WooChainPro account for the purpose of purchasing services is generally non-refundable.

Credit may be used for eligible WooChainPro services according to the applicable pricing and account terms.

Amounts already used for completed services, blockchain transactions, network fees, or other charges cannot be refunded.

Blockchain Transactions and Fees

WooChainPro services may involve blockchain transactions and network fees.

Once a blockchain transaction has been submitted or confirmed, associated blockchain or network fees are generally non-refundable and cannot be reversed by WooChainPro.

WooChainPro does not control blockchain networks, their fees, confirmation times, or transaction finality.

Contract Deployment

Contract deployment fees are generally non-refundable once a contract has been successfully deployed.

If a deployment fails before the service is successfully completed, WooChainPro may automatically return the applicable amount to the merchant’s WooChainPro credit balance where technically possible.

Certificate Issuance

Fees associated with successfully issued blockchain certificates are non-refundable.

Where a certificate issuance fails before the certificate is successfully created, WooChainPro may, at its discretion, restore the applicable service credit where appropriate.

Customer Checkout Fees

Merchants may choose to charge their customers a fee for receiving a WooChainPro certificate.

WooChainPro does not determine or guarantee refunds of fees collected by merchants from their customers. Any refund relating to a merchant’s customer order is primarily governed by the merchant’s own refund and cancellation policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

Although WooChainPro generally does not provide refunds, WooChainPro may consider exceptional requests involving duplicate charges, demonstrable billing errors, or technical circumstances in which a paid service was not provided.

Any such refund or account credit is determined at WooChainPro’s discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar circumstances.

Refund Requests

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experienced an issue that may qualify for an exception, contact support with the relevant account, order, payment, or transaction information.

WooChainPro may request additional information to investigate the matter.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires WooChainPro to provide a refund or other remedy, those legal requirements will apply.

Changes to This Refund Policy

WooChainPro may update this Refund Policy when its services, pricing, payment arrangements, or legal obligations change.
